Counselling services are provided within the framework of applicable laws and professional standards in the country in which the practice is registered.
Online sessions are offered across borders. Clients are responsible for ensuring that receiving online counselling services comply with the regulations of their country of residence.
Consumer Mediation
Empower Psychology has designated Médiation de la Consommation & Patrimoine (MCP) as its consumer mediation service for the amicable resolution of consumer disputes.
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, clients have the right to use this consumer mediation service free of charge.
Prior to referring a dispute to the mediator, clients are invited to contact Empower Psychology directly in an attempt to reach an amicable solution.
