MY PHILOSOPHY

I believe that meaningful change happens when support is carefully tailored to each individual’s goals, circumstances, and cultural context. My approach is collaborative and client-focused, combining structured, evidence-informed methods with thoughtful reflection.

I offer a steady and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly. Together, we work to clarify patterns, strengthen resilience, and develop practical strategies to navigate challenges with greater confidence and stability.

MY EXPERIENCE

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Graz (Karl-Franzens University) in Austria and am a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). I completed my professional psychotherapy training in Singapore and have worked with clients from diverse cultural and international backgrounds across Europe and Asia.
